Construction & Materials:
The distribution board features a steel enclosure with a powder-coated light grey finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The removable metal door is secured with appropriate fastening mechanisms to ensure safe closure and prevent unauthorized access.

Internal Configuration:
The board is equipped with a standard 35mm DIN rail mounted horizontally to accommodate up to 18 modular devices in a single row. The internal depth of 95mm provides adequate space for cable terminations and device connections without overcrowding.

Cable Entry:
Pre-formed knockouts or cable entry points are provided at both top and bottom positions, allowing flexible routing of incoming supply cables and outgoing circuit cables. Entry points should be properly sealed after cable installation to maintain enclosure integrity.

Mounting:
The distribution board is designed for surface mounting on solid walls or structural surfaces. Appropriate mounting holes are provided in the enclosure back plate. Installation must ensure adequate clearance around the board for door opening and cable access.

Electrical Ratings:
Suitable for low-voltage AC distribution systems. Maximum ratings depend on installed protective devices and must comply with local electrical codes and standards. Busbar or distribution rail specifications should be confirmed based on total load requirements.

Environmental Conditions:
Designed for indoor use in dry locations. Operating temperature range and IP rating should be verified for specific installation environments. Not suitable for outdoor or wet location applications without additional protection.
